Due to not being able to do this, we are not able to follow these things. Then when we become ill or suffer from some problem, we come to our senses, then why wait until we get sick to start staying fit and it is not necessary to go to the gym to keep our body and mind fit and fine. You can bring big changes by making these small changes in your routine. 

wake up 30 minutes earlier

There is difficulty in getting up early in the morning, but you will realize that by adopting this habit you can take out a good amount of time for yourself in the morning. There is no rush to do office, school or other work. Due to which every task, whether it is breakfast or not, there is enough time for exercise , which does not cause stress. Try to wake up just 30 minutes before your wake up time. Give these 30 minutes to your body, spend them doing your favorite work. Think about your hobby, sit peacefully and look at nature, make breakfast, read newspapers and magazines. These 30 minutes a day will make you stress free. 

25 minute walk

Try to complete 10 thousand or 9 thousand steps daily. There is no better exercise than walking . By walking for about 25 minutes every morning, you will remain energetic throughout the day. It is not necessary to complete 10 thousand steps by morning walk, you can also walk during shopping or lunch break. These small routine changes are important for a healthy mind and body.

20 minute digital detox

Living amidst phones and other machines that make life easier, we become a little self-centered and concerned about our work only. Which is not a good habit for our life. Not much in the day, just take out 20-30 minutes during which you do not use your phone or laptop or any digital device. This relaxes the mind.
